Frank E. Zeiss
Mr. Zeiss joined Sigmedics in 1990, in
the position of Vice President, Operations and currently holds the position of Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. He brings with him over 20 years of diverse industry management experience,
both in the U.S. and overseas. In addition to overseeing the company's daily activities, operations and manufacturing (product) quality assurance and control,
Mr. Zeiss is also responsible for all corporate planning and financial decisions. Prior to joining Sigmedics, Mr. Zeiss was Chief Operating Officer for Therapeutic Technologies,
Inc., a designer and manufacturer of rehabilitation products for individuals with neurological, neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders. In this position he dealt
exclusively with functional electrical stimulation technologies, new product development, regulatory affairs, the spinal cord injured and the insurance and
rehabilitation industries. Mr. Zeiss holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Sir George Williams University in Montreal, Canada.

Phil J. Hoenig
Mr. Hoenig joined Sigmedics' Engineering staff in 1992 and
spend his first two years with the company heavily involved in manufacturing and assisting with in-house scientific research. He has over 35 years experience in
engineering and electronic design disciplines, electronic assemblies, and manufacturing processes. Mr. Hoenig currently manages production and service department
activities, and is directly involved in the company's quality assurance and quality control.

Silvano A. Romeo
Mr. Romeo joined Sigmedics in 1989, in
the position of Chief Engineer, and in 1991 was promoted to Vice President of Engineering. He currently heads his own consulting business, and is now the lead technical consultant for Sigmedics, Inc. During his
full-time employment at Sigmedics, he was instrumental in the hardware and software design and development of the first-generation Parastep
system, which made commercialization of the system possible. As Vice President of Engineering he was in charge of the development of the
next-generation Parastep system. Under his direction the 6-channel of stimulation Parastep-I system was developed, which subsequently
received FDA approval. Mr. Romeo holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Northern Illinois University. He has over 18
years of hardware, software development, and teaching experience. His primary area of expertise is in Medical Systems, Embedded Systems and
Intelligent Instruments. He
provides technical consulting
relating to research, development and design of electronic systems/products.
